How do I make an online booking?
You can search for your flights, hotels or packages on UOBTravel.com. Flights and Hotels provide you with real-time pricing, availability and instant confirmation. Packages allow you to submit your desired travel dates and details via an enquiry form and a Travel Consultant will be in touch with you within one working day.
How do I know if the online booking for my flight or hotel is confirmed?
When your booking request is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within one working day. Please contact our customer service hotline or email address if otherwise.
Why are some flights not displayed for booking?
The flights proposed are in accordance to your travel preference entered. If they are not displayed, it is because some flights may not have seats available in the booking class or there might be certain flight restrictions.
How can I make a stopover, open-jaw and/or multi-city flight booking?

How can I make a tour booking/enquiry?
In adherence to MAS safety control measures, the UOB Travel team will continue to work from home till further notice. During this period, please be assured that we will continue to assist you with your travel needs. If there is a need to head down to our office, an appointment must be arranged beforehand. How do I receive my ticket(s) or travel document(s)?
- For online bookings, your e-Ticket or hotel voucher will be sent to your registered email address.
- For tour bookings, you may collect at our office or request for delivery. Please check with our Travel Consultants for more details.
How can I make payment?
- For online bookings, we accept the following payment modes:
- VISA and Mastercard issued credit cards
- UOB Installment Payment Plan
- UOB Reward Points (UNI$)
- For tour bookings, we accept the following payment modes:
- Cash - Cash payment is accepted in Singapore Dollars only.
- Credit Card - We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB issued credit cards, unless stated otherwise.
- Cheque payment - All cheques should be double-crossed and addressed to "UOB Travel Planners Pte Ltd". Cheque payment must be submitted in person five working days before issuance of travel documents for bank clearance.
How do I change or cancel a booking?

Do I need to sign up for an account to make a booking?
Yes, you need to create an account in order to make an online booking. Creating an account is free and you'll be able to keep track of your enquiries, bookings made and travel history. To create an account, click here.
How do I make payment using UNI$?
- At the payment stage, you can indicate the amount of UNI$ you would like to use to offset the cost of your booking.
- The UNI$ redemption must be in units of S$50.
- The UNI$ redemption rate is UNI$3,088 = S$50.
- Full payment will need to be made first and a Travel Consultant will respond to you shortly to process the refund once your UNI$ balance is validated.
How do I make payment via installment?
- At the payment stage, you can select UOB Installment Payment Plan as your preferred payment mode.
- You will then be directed to a 3rd party secured site to complete the payment.
- The minimum spend to qualify for UOB Installment Payment Plan is S$500.
- For unsuccessful bookings, the existing IPP arrangement continues and a one-time lump sum refund will be made to the same card account. Processing time will take 4 weeks and it will be reflected in your credit card statement.
