Many of you would have seen the series of UOB TV advertisements built around UOB’s “timeless values” and the change of our logo to ‘Right by you’. At the heart of the campaign is the emphasis that we will always stay true to our values - Honourable; Enterprising; United and Committed - and uphold them as these values define us and what we stand for.

Together with our values, UOB also unveiled Our Customer Commitments in which we state clearly to our customers that we are committed to ‘Treat you fairly’; ‘Provide you with the right solutions’; ‘Know you personally’ and ‘Be there when it matters’.

UOB Travel, as a wholly owned subsidiary of UOB Group, live by and we service our customers based on these Customer Commitments. The recent Apr ’16 survey testifies to this. A vast majority of our corporate clients positively endorsed our servicing consultants as professional and friendly. As an agency overall, they also rated UOB Travel highly and 88%* stated that they would refer UOB Travel to other customers.
